Refunds Policy

  1. Digital Products: Digital products such as courses and digital downloads cannot be refunded.
  2. E-commerce Shop Items: Items purchased from our e-commerce shop have their own specific return policy depending on the item. Please review the terms outlined there.
  3. Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has occurred. If you cancel a coaching session within 24 hours, there is no refund. If you cancel a session prior to 24 hours, we will refund you in full.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
