Jacqueline has an extensive background in human resources, recruitment and coaching in the career space. She holds a degree from Western University in Psychology, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, and is certified as a professional coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.

Throughout Jacqueline’s career she’s worked in HR and Recruitment for industry-leading corporate brands. Her sincere passion to help people drove her to go on and get certified as a professional coach, and in 2020, she married her experience in recruitment and HR with her coaching abilities and started JVG Strategies.
Today, Jacqueline coaches and consults for a variety of independent and corporate clients both in Canada and the United States.

She’s successfully sourced talent and filled roles across diverse industries, as well as coached hundreds of job seekers who have gone on to successfully land jobs across the competitive North American market. Jacqueline has mastered the key formulas to success in the hiring process for both job seekers and employers, and shares this knowledge through her services and resources.
